In a area like Bergen County, NJ, getting a deep tissue massage for $60 for 60 minutes is a great deal. It’s a super competitive price, yet the quality is on a different level compared to those ultra-cheap spots. The place feels a bit dated and basic, so don't expect any aesthetic aroma healing or fancy spa rituals. But the real deal here is their deep tissue work that focuses entirely on destroying your fatigue. The therapists have solid fundamentals, they don’t just rub you down. They target the exact spots where tension builds up, like your neck, shoulders, back, and waist, and work them out with deep, intense pressure. If you're someone who loves strong pressure, you're going to love it here. Apparently, if you have a lot of muscle knots, the therapist will hold onto ceiling bars and use their feet to walk out the tension... I definitely want to try that next time lol. Like any other massage shop, your experience might depend on the therapist, but both therapists who worked on me and my husband exceeded our expectations. To be honest, I woke up with a kink in my neck a couple of days ago. I couldn't even turn my head to the right and my shoulder felt completely weak. But today, the second she touched me, she caught exactly where I was stiff and straight-up obliterated it. Right after the session, I could turn my neck again and felt so much lighter.
